Articles are researched and drafted with the help of AI tools, then checked: every number links to its source, and Ken's own data comes from his race results and training log.

Each article ends with its sources, linked, and the date each one was checked. A number in the text carries a small superscript that jumps to the source it came from.

Who writes them

Ken. He has trained as a hybrid athlete for more than three years, lifting and running seriously in the same week, and built hybridAF to measure both halves. His first HYROX was Bangkok in August 2026, in 1:13:38.
