Terms of Service

hybridAF is a personal training, recovery, and planning tool that lets you track workouts, health and fitness metrics, calendar events, notes, and to-dos, and view insights derived from them. Features may change, and the Service is currently offered on an early-access basis and may contain bugs or be interrupted.

You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights using the Service;
• access another user's data, or attempt to bypass authentication or security;
• probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing service from it;
• upload malware or unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
• use a public display name (or any other publicly visible content) that is hateful, harassing, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

You retain ownership of the content you create or connect (notes, workouts, health and calendar data, etc.). You grant hybridAF a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use any data you connect.

Some content (such as your display name) is shown publicly (for example on the Rivals leaderboard and shared score pages) when you opt in to sharing. We have zero tolerance for objectionable public content: we filter submissions and may remove or replace any publicly visible content that is hateful, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You can report objectionable content to peeranatsugsavanvit@gmail.com, and we act on reports promptly.

The Service integrates with third parties you choose to connect (e.g. Garmin, Strava, Apple Health, and Google Calendar) and relies on infrastructure and AI providers (including Anthropic, which powers the optional AI Coach). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. The optional AI Coach generates responses with an AI model: its output may be inaccurate or incomplete, is informational only, and must not be relied on as medical, health, or professional advice. You can disconnect connected services at any time.

hybridAF is not a medical device or a healthcare provider, and it does not provide medical advice. All metrics, scores, and recommendations are informational and estimated, may be inaccurate, and are not a substitute for professional medical or fitness guidance. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise, recovery, or nutrition program. You assume all risk associated with physical activity. Never disregard professional advice because of something you saw in the Service.

The Service is provided "as is"and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that data will never be lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hybridAF and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

We may modify the Service or these Terms. For material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and take additional steps where required by law. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
