0:00 · Connections
This one covers where your data comes from, how to import old sessions, and how to export or delete everything. Open profile and scroll to connections. Apple Health brings in heart rate, sleep, steps, and workouts. If your watch writes to Apple Health, this is how the app gets your data. Strava brings in your runs and rides. Google Calendar lets the planner see when you're busy and add the sessions you accept. If a source's last sync date stops moving, tap reconnect.
0:24 · Importing
To bring in history from Strong or Hevy, export a CSV file from that app first. Then, tap import history, choose the file, and pick the unit most of your lifts use. It then checks each exercise's units and asks before writing anything. Sessions you already have are skipped, so importing the same file twice is safe.
0:40 · Export, delete and Apple Health
Under account, sign-in and data has "Export my data", which gives you a copy of your data, and delete my account, which deletes your account and its data inside the app. Sessions you log in the app are also saved to Apple Health if you allow it, and disconnecting Apple Health deletes the data, it's synced. Your health data is never used or sold for ads, and the last video covers the free and Pro plans.
