HYROX circuits and race sims in hybridAF

The HYROX tools: building a circuit from the full format, half or empty, running it round by round (it shows on your lock screen too), and logging a race or a full simulation with every run and station split and your roxzone.

HYROX sessions count toward your Hybrid Score like any other training. You do not need to race to use the rest of the app.

0:00 · The HYROX lane

This video covers the HYROX tools, building a circuit, running it, and logging a race or a race simulation. Open Train and tap HYROX. You'll see your circuits and your HYROX sessions.

0:10 · Building a circuit

Tap new to build a new circuit. Give it a name and a number of rounds and start from the full HYROX, half or empty. Each station has meters or reps and a load. Change any row, remove one or add a station, then save.

0:22 · Running it

Tap start on a circuit to run it. The runner shows the station that's up now and the round you're on. And it also shows on your lock screen. Tap complete round as you go. At the end, rate how hard it felt and save. The session then appears in the list and tapping it shows each round's split.

0:36 · Race sims

Log a race simulation, records a race or a full simulation. Set the date and which field it's compared with. And then enter each run and station split, your roxzone and your finish time. Leave out anything you don't remember. Roxzone is all your transition times added together. It isn't in any split, so it has its own box.

0:53 · The field

Once a race or race simulation is logged, the score tab shows your best finish and where it places in the men's or women's field. HYROX sessions count towards your hybrid score like any other training and you don't need to race to use the rest of the app. The next video covers rivals, pods and sharing your card.
