Reading Body: recovery, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep
The Body screen: the four vitals and how each is compared with your own typical range (the 28 days before each reading, plus or minus one standard deviation), how to read a vital's chart and trend table, and activity and heart rate zones.
Body needs a watch that writes to Apple Health. Typical means typical for you, not a population norm, and none of it is medical advice.
