Logging a session in hybridAF
The logger from start to finish: starting or repeating a session, logging sets from last time's numbers, warm-ups and drop sets, next-load targets and plates, the rest timer on your lock screen, and finishing or discarding.
With no signal the session saves on your phone and syncs later. Finished sessions go to Apple Health if you allow it.

0:00 · Starting
This one covers the logger, starting a session, logging sets, resting, and finishing. Tap "Start a session", "On Today" or "Train", or that round arrow to repeat your last session. The plus next to Atlas has the same options, and "Train this" on a lift's page starts with that lift.
0:16 · Logging sets
Each exercise lists its sets, the set number, what you did last time, the weight, the reps, and a tick. An empty set shows last time's numbers in gray. Tick it to log exactly that, or type new numbers first. If you change the weight for that rep, the sets below pick it up. Tap the set's number to mark it as a warmup, a drop set, or a set to failure.
0:36 · Targets and plates
Warmups never count as records. On Pro, Atlas shows its target based on last time, like 60 kilos for 7, for 3 reps, and use fills it in. Under the sets, a line shows a plate to load on each side.
0:46 · Resting and finishing
When you tick a set, a rest timer starts underneath it, and it also shows on your lock screen, so you can put your phone away. To finish, tap "Finish Session" at the bottom and confirm. Sets you haven't ticked aren't saved, and it tells you before you confirm. The finish screen tells you the time, records, sets, and any records you might have done during the session. To drop a session instead, tap "Discard Session".
1:08 · Good to know
With no signal, the session saves on your phone and syncs later when you're online, and finished sessions are saved to Apple Health if you allow it. The next video covers looking up a lift.
