Using Atlas, the coach inside hybridAF
How to open Atlas, what to ask it, and how its changes work: designing a session, logging a workout you describe, fixing a logged session or a record, moving sessions on your calendar, and what it remembers about you. Anything that changes your data shows as a card first and waits for you to confirm.
Free gets one Atlas turn a day and Pro gets twenty. Atlas can get things wrong, so read its cards before you confirm, and it is not medical advice.

0:00 · Opening it
This video covers Atlas, the coach inside the app, how to open it, what to ask, and how its changes work. Tap the Atlas bar at the bottom of the main screen or open more than Atlas. On the score tab, Ask Atlas why opens it with a question about your score already written.
0:16 · Getting started
Atlas opens with a few suggestions like designing today's session or log a workout. Tap one or type your own question. Everything Atlas can do under the suggestions lists what it handles with an example for each.
0:28 · What it handles
The main ones are 1. Designing a session based off of your records, recovery, and race timing. 2. Logging a session you describe, fixing a logged workout or personal record. 4. Moving, adding, or canceling sessions in your Google Calendar. And 5. Taking you to a screen you're asking for.
0:46 · Confirming and memory
Anything that changes your data or calendar appears as a card first. Check it and nothing changes until you hit confirm. Atlas also remembers things you tell it, like an injury or a race. The menu at the top right has what Atlas remembers.
0:58 · Good to know
On the free plan, you get 1 Atlas turn a day and the Pro gets 20. Atlas can get things wrong, so read its card before you confirm, and it isn't medical advice. The next video covers logging a session.
